Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak gardening seasons (spring/early summer).

Our Return Promise to Garden Enthusiasts

We understand that gardening is personal – sometimes a plant stand isn’t quite the right height, or a trellis doesn’t match your garden aesthetic as expected. That’s why we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (especially important for fragile items like planters and greenhouses)
  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made trellises and arbors (built to your specifications)
  • Assembled greenhouse kits (once construction begins)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our garden specialists will review your request and email return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included parts (especially important for plant supports and stands).

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send the package to our Atlanta facility using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received. During peak gardening seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • For lower-value exchanges, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your greenhouse, planter, or garden accessory arrives damaged or incorrect:
